Shipping & Refund Policy

At, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products that we have delivered to you. Placing an order on our site is very easy. Once you sign up with us we will ship your product within 2 -5 business days from the time you have placed an order. There can be 1 to 2 days of delay because of weather condition or at the time of delivery recipient was not available. In these cases, we will notify the customers about the delay and give you the estimated delivery date of product.

We will send you the confirmation e-mail once we will finish processing your order and our transportation partner will pick up your order for delivery. Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend.

We will ship your order either by normal shipping that cost $25 per order or by express shipping, which will cost $100 per order.

We will re-ship your order under these circumstances

1. If product is not as per the description on the website. In this case, you need to contact our customer care executive; they will help to re-ship your order as soon as possible.

2. Medication derived to you is damaged or already open. In this case, you can send us the confirmation by taking photographs through mail. We will re-ship your product within 2 days once we receive your mail.

We are not responsible for any kind of wrong or incomplete information given from the customer end. In case, customer did not receive their product because of wrong address, they need to again place an order and have to pay.
